A hairdresser since '95, Roger founded Metropolis in 2000 because he envisioned a hip place where style was made easy and unfussy. By committing to education for himself and the rest of the staff, he has seen the salon grow an intensely loyal clientele. In addition to getting to work alongside arguably the coolest hairdressers on the planet, Roger has since 1997 worked as an International Educator for American Crew, the premier men's grooming line, teaching in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and throughout the U.S. His newest endeavor is using his experience in men's cutting to establish Lew's Barbershop in Pinnacle Hills, which will specialize in cool, no-nonsense hair for dudes.
